Our technology suite includes an AI-based software platform with near-real-time remote monitoring of water bodies to enable intelligent, precision-based treatments using our patented nature-based products.Objectives of this role

The Role

As our HR Business Partner, you will ensure business success by linking people’s strategy & performance and driving HR programs and processes. Our core purpose is to attract, retain and reward talented people.

Your key responsibilities as HRBP will be to support and collaborate with stakeholders on HR-related matters and to execute HR program processes effectively & efficiently to improve the employee life cycle continuously such as: recruiting, learning and development, HR administration, welfare, onboarding, and offboarding, and collaborating with the HR HQ.


Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following Essential Duties:

· Apply organization and HR strategy according to HR HQ policy.

· Collaborate with the HR HQ in HR projects such as learning & development, performance reviews, organizing a job fair event, and welfare.

· Recruitment full cycle recruiting process for multiple roles, creating talent pipelines, conducting phone screens and interviews.

·  Developing hiring channels: Using sourcing techniques in social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, etc. to reach both passive and active candidates to develop a valuable tech pipeline.

· Support hiring managers to build high-performance teams and partner wherever needed

· Recruiting marketing & campaign efforts on social media.

· Onboarding process and assisting with orientation.

· HR point of contact to our employees and managers for various activities (Onboarding, training, development, retention, etc.).

· People analytics

· HR Administration: Benefits, Travel, and meeting.



·  Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field. Master’s degree- an advantage.

·  5+ years of experience as HRBP and talent acquisition in both startup and corporate companies that are rapidly growing.

·  Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

·  Proven sourcing experience with technical recruiting by managing databases and social media platforms.

·  Familiar with “Comeet” system or other HR /Hiring system

·  Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.

·  Comfortable working in a dynamic, and constantly changing environment.

·  Positive attitude and the ability to be proactive and flexible.

·  Ability to take initiative and work with limited direction.

·  Demonstrated ability to prioritize, multitask, meet deadlines, and change the course of action quickly.

·  Detail-oriented with superior organizational skills.

·  Strong computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to implement HR systems.

·  Can handle confidential and non-routine information.

·  Knowledge of employment laws and other federal and state laws

·  Native English speaker, fluent in written and spoken

·  Reporting to: VP of Business Development (solid line) & to CPO (dotted line-professional)
