Our Mission

BlueGreen Water Technologies is leading the charge in helping preserve and promote life on Earth by restoring, safeguarding, and optimizing the health, and safety of waterbodies worldwide – including their wildlife and aquatic biodiversity, ecosystems, and economies – by pioneering and applying proven scientific ingenuity and deep tech solutions.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following Essential Duties:

·    Responsible for all HR operation projects such as learning & development, performance reviews, organizing a job fair event, and welfare.

·    Support Recruitment for multiple roles, creating talent pipelines, and conducting phone screens.

·    Developing hiring channels: Using sourcing techniques in social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, etc. to reach both passive and active candidates to develop a valuable tech pipeline.

·    Onboarding process and assisting with orientation.

·    Prepare the data of people analytics

·    Manage company welfare activities from planning to execution.

·    Prepare presentation

·    Manage all office tasks

·    Scheduling meetings and follow-up actions as needed.

·    Manage business travel (travel agency communication, visas process etc.), events, and schedules for management and as needed.

·    Serve as the go-to person for employees with their administrative needs.

·    Solely responsible for the day-to-day of office and facilities management, including monitoring cleaning, maintenance, and ordering refreshments and office supplies.

·    Perform other HR projects as required.

Requirements

·    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field-Must. Master’s degree- an advantage.

·    Native English level speaker, fluent in written and spoken-Must

·    3+ years of experience in HR Operation in both startup and corporate companies that are rapidly growing.

·    Excel high level – must

·    Strong computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to implement HR systems. Familiar with “Comeet” system or other HR /Hiring system

·    Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

·    Experience sourcing experience with technical recruiting by managing databases and social media platforms.

·    Comfortable working in a dynamic, and constantly changing environment.

·    Positive attitude and the ability to be proactive and flexible.

·    Demonstrated ability to prioritize, multitask, meet deadlines, and change the course of action quickly.

·    Can handle confidential and non-routine information.

·    Excellent organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines

·    Highly organized multitasker who can manage multiple projects, relationships, and outreaches with tight deadlines.
