For job applications/candidacy interactions specifically, we may also ask you to submit additional types of personal information, such as: Curriculum Vitae (resumé) information, skills, work experience, education certifications, degrees and applicable certifications (including academic records showcasing your educational achievements), notes submitted with the application, URL of your LinkedIn and other online profiles, the position for which you have been or are being considered, the source who submitted your candidacy (e.g., recruiting agency, referral), communication records/email correspondences between you, BlueGreen and between BlueGreen and other sources (such as recruiting agency and referrals) about your candidacy, information from references, events in the lifecycle of your candidacy, your responses to questionnaires sent by BlueGreen/tests/assignments/assessment results, evaluations of/information about your candidacy and employment options (such as availability to be hired and salary expectations), internal discussions within Bluegreen about your candidacy, materials you or other parties (e.g., evaluators or background check providers) submitted in relation to your candidacy, interview, assessment data (including notes and evaluations from interviews and assessments), assessing qualifications, cover letter, additional information about your suitability for the position, background checks, final selection and offer, other relevant information and/or additional data based on specific job requirements.
We may combine the information you submit with other information We have collected from you, whether on- or offline, including, for example, your purchase history, your responses to different exams/queries in the Service, functions you performed on the Service, etc. We may also combine it with information We receive about you from Our affiliates, headhunters, referrals, and the following other recruiting sources: ‘Comeet’, ‘Linkedin’, ‘indeed’, ‘ZipRecruiter’, ‘Monster’, ‘Remotive’, ‘built in’, ‘careerJET’, ‘jobrapido’, ‘adzuna’, ‘jooble’, ‘myjobhelper’, ‘talent’, ‘JOBTARGET’.

If you submit any personal information relating to another individual to Us, you represent that you have the authority to do so and to permit Us to use the information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Unless We specifically request or invite it, We ask that you will not disclose and/or send Us any sensitive personal information (e.g., identification/social security numbers, information related to racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religion, or other beliefs, health or medical condition, sex life or sexual orientation, criminal background, or trade union membership, or biometric or genetic data for the purposes of uniquely identifying an individual) on or through the Service or otherwise directly to Us.

IP address: Your IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer by your internet service provider.
